This was a great combo of strength and cardio. I've been doing PopSugar videos for 5+ years and this one made me work up a sweat even though it was labelled "Beginner". Loved it! The trainer has a great energy and it was not repetitive.
I worked out my entire body with this workout and felt strong after. The time was perfect and there was a warm up and cool down which was good. I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a cardio and strength workout you won’t be disappointed
