So much fun and high energy with Deja
I love Deja Riley so much! She's one of the best popsugar instructors. Her workouts are always fun! She is so rhythmic, balanced and explains and shows the exercises to easily. Her energy is truly infectious! This workout was fun and fast paced and definitely made me sweat. 5/5 for her always
