Good post workout stretches
A nice set of yoga stretches for after a run

Perfect morning workout
I have a seated daily job and this workout is perfect to loosen the back and strengthen the cor muscles! Love it 🥰
Better post-workout than "cold"
This was an easy-to-follow workout but I'd say too many static stretches for someone who just woke up! I will try it again as a post-workout stretch routine because I think my muscles will appreciate it more. :)

Beginner strength poses
I give a five star because usually when I’m doing poses I’m completely uncoordinated but with video every turn and move is explained so you can just listen and really get into the yoga poses and fill the stretch and peace seep in to your body when you release the tenting month of your day
