Accurate Title
This is def high intensity cardio and legs. Great workout! Wait more than 30 minutes after eating Mexican food before doing this. Haha!

Great mix of cardio and lower body
Loved the instructors and the variety of lower body moved combined with some intense cardio! Missing the gym terribly now, so it was a nice mental boost as well.
