20 minutes, hard to follow
I liked that the workout was only 20 minutes. I just added on an extra 10 of my own at the end. I found it hard to follow at times though, especially on the grapevine transitions, so I just kept moving until we met up again.

Great instructor!
It is so nice to see someone who looks like me teaching the class. It inspires me to work harder and shows me that I still can be fit no matter my size.

Great workout
The music doesn't match the instructor, it's off by a beat, but if you just follow the choreo and go with the music, it's a great cardio workout and a lot of fun!

Hard to follow.
Instructor tells you what to do at first but does not keep up with it herself so when you count on her to follow, you get lost because she stops doing the moves. There are times when she does not tell you when to switch or what move you're on, leaving you lost once again. I found myself very frustrated with this video. Too many breaks between songs; not a good constant workout for only 20 mins.

Love it!
I loved this workout. I really REALLY didn't want to work out today but I saw this come across my feed and decided to give it a try. SO glad I did - it was so fun, not too intense, but I was still sweating at the end. Loved the instructor's energy and vibe.
