It was good but tried to hit too many points in a short time. I did like the rotator cuff stretch. Also, I could not cast this to any of my Roku devices nor install the Active app on them, so I had to watch this on my laptop which is why I'm giving a lower review.
After doing a 45 min total video, doing the 10 min stretch video was so valuable to do in light of all different areas of the body where these muscles were engaged. Thanks so much!
