I enjoyed it!
This was really good for being a quick workout! I can definitely feel it in my arms 2 hours later- I used 7.5 lb weights and can see the ability to move up in weights while still doing the same exercises!

Really good
Its a great beginner class and you don't feel intimidated. Uou can also use tomatoe cans for weights or water bottles.
