Great Short & Sweet Workout when in a time Crunch
This workout defintely has you feeling it. I like how its only 10 minutes so when you have that time were you are busy or you just want a short and sweet workout this is the one to do it for you. You will defintely feel it when you are done!

ouch but worth it!
hard workout, but love that it can be done laying on the ground. don't underestimated it though... KILLER! my glutes are on fire!
