The product comes in a retractable pencil form, with a smudger on the end. I’m not a fan of the smudger, mostly because it is too harsh for me. The product is soft, glides on smoothly and takes a couple of minutes to completely set itself. I have used it as an eye liner, but I prefer using it on my upper and lower waterlines. The product is so soft, that there is a chance for it to break if the pencil has been retracted far too much. The product has a matte finish. It does smudge if you try to rub it off when used as an eyeliner.
