First you create a new contact group (e.g. Return Labels), and then option43;drag your contact item into that group. Next, with your name selected in that new group, you visit the edit menu and without leaving that menu repeat copy and then paste 32 additional times for the total count of labels on your Avery 8257 sheet. PROFESSIONAL PRINTING Using Publisher Open Publisher and select “Publications for Print.” Click the “Labels” option and scroll through the preset options for Avery 5160 (these labels have the same sizing as the 8160).
