I started doing yoga about two months ago. As they say, "It's never too late to start something." I'm hoping that rings true, even though I'm in my forties now. Mostly I'm just trying to find some inner peace and mindfulness through it all. When I'm not doing yoga, you can usually find me looking up angel numbers, getting lost in a good book, cooking up some healthy vegetarian meals, or practicing my French. Just trying to fill my time with meaningful activities..
