Great 10 minute workout!
Wow! That was a hard 10 minute workout! Lots of work for your abs and obliques. Didn't think I would work up a sweat in 10 minutes, but I did. Really good workout!

FEEL THE BURN
The time seems to fly by for me when doing yoga + This one works you!! You will feel the burn even though the time is short...& youll feel it the next day!

The burn is sooo good!
This is short, but intense and felt so great! I loved all the oblique work. Really fun and challenging.

Up Dog Burpee is a game changer!
Super creative, included moves I had never thought of / heard of including the up dog burpee mentioned above. Definitely a game changer!
