nice slow pace, not intermediate
agree with other posts- easier workout but nice as a stretch with some tougher moves throughout- but the slow pace makes it easy to attempt some of the tougher holds

Great workout for recovery days. Felt the burn with some of the moves. Probably should be classified as beginner level.

Light workout
It’s listed as an intermediate work out, but I didn’t find it too challenging—feel its more of a beginner level. I liked the yoga stretches and relaxed pace, but I didn’t get the full work out I was looking for
