Great Quick Workout!
I'm a Pilates regular and have tried Wundabar in the city, but I learned a new screwdriver move unlike any other I've done before - and it was challenging! Good workout; it went by quickly and before you know it, it was done! Amy has great energy too.

Nice challenge, hard to follow for a novice
Great workout! It was difficult to follow her instructions at times (but granted I'm a Wundabar beginner.)

Good short workout
Been doing Pilates for awhile. I am 74 and loved this to keep me going until my classes start up again.

Very nice!
I'm not familiar with Wundabar so I found the corkscrew move a bit tricky at first but it's a good one! I'll definitely try another one of its type. Very unique exercises and a good instructor!

Incredible!
I used to take Wundabar classes in New York, and was so happy to find this on Popsugar! Such a great workout, sneaks up on you in intensity. Might be the best workout we have on the platform right now!
