I admit, at first, I was skeptical when they name dropped Jennifer Aniston, (great bod, but why is bringing her up necessary) but as soon as the workout started, I was hooked! I love yoga but occasionally I don't feel that I worked anything, you know? This feels like I accomplished something!

Quick and empowering!
Mandy Ingber manages to capture working out different parts of the body in just 10 minutes. Really enjoyed it and it's good when you don't have that much time to workout!
