I appreciate the energy of this crew - none of whom were alive in the 80s. But LAME repetitive track with even lamer moves. I can come up with better combinations just turning on music in my bedroom. And I know to start on the first count of the music.
This was such a quick, ridiculously fun workout! It made me sweat, and I feel it was definitely effective. I can't wait to see more 80s themed sessions.
