This workout from Jennifer Lopez's trainer, David Kirsch, works your entire body. You can do the workout without weights, but to make the exercises more challenging, grab a set of light dumbbells and some gliders (towels or paper plates work, too).
Good solid moves. Once you are familiar with the routine you can quicken the pace to increase the time you are actually working out. It seems a little awkward for the instructor to give direction. Thanks.
