Slow and boring
Slowest and most awkward trainer. This is not an intense nor intensely fun workout .

Good solid moves. Once you are familiar with the routine you can quicken the pace to increase the time you are actually working out. It seems a little awkward for the instructor to give direction. Thanks.

he's a very good trainer! i didn't find the exercises too hard to so… so i could focus on the movements!

I Got Kirsch'd!
Love working out with J.Lo's trainer! I've always loved David Kirsch and so pumped that he did a quick, but intense, full-body workout for PopSugar! I want more workouts with celeb trainers!
