Best 5 Minute Abs Class
Loved that it was standing as my shoulders and wrists hurt with too many planks, mountain climbers, etc. You can make it easier or harder depending on the weights you use. It was fun and effective. And done!

quick burn!
I didn't have a weight, so I used my textbook "Principles and Practice of Hospital Medicine" and boy did it burn! Good to know it's good for something right now, will definitely do this again.
