Great Workout!
I love Christa's workouts. She includes modifications that still have you working hard but is easier on your joints or if you just aren't up to the more advanced level. It is an all-body workout, and I feel invigoratingly spent by the end.

Amazing workout
This is no joke! You will sweat and have fun at the same time. Modifications were used at times but I felt good enough to try the advanced moves :)

I love Christa's workouts. I wasn't fully into it in the beginning, but by the end I was working hard, having fun, and sweating buckets. I do feel like it's worth mentioning though, the emphasis in asking the male participant to show his abs over and over again was uncomfortable. Just a heads up . . .

Fabulous full body workout!
Christa DiPaolo's workouts are great! They are challenging, but fun. The total body gets toned. Her personality is wonderful!
