Focus on the how - Gotta love it
Sometimes a workout is not what you expected, but totally what you needed. This workout is one for me. I had planned a stretch/yoga session and this one is slower than anticipated.
However it has a focus on the how vs the what and as a result the de-stressing is amazing. Going with the flow of Adrienne in this workout made the art of my workday more relaxed, more calm and just what I did not realise I needed.
