Biggest challenge = Moving slowly
This was just what I needed and I didn't know it until I did it. The mindful, slow movement was a challenge for me more than the yoga poses. This is a good practice for those of us who tend to move too quickly through life.
Sometimes a workout is not what you expected, but totally what you needed. This workout is one for me. I had planned a stretch/yoga session and this one is slower than anticipated.
However it has a focus on the how vs the what and as a result the de-stressing is amazing. Going with the flow of Adrienne in this workout made the art of my workday more relaxed, more calm and just what I did not realise I needed.
Will come back to it
I love Yoga with Adriene so it was nice to see her in the popsugar studio. This was perfect for an easy Sunday yoga workout to unwind in my rest day. Thanks so much!
I've been so stressed staying at home during the corona pandemic. This was a good way to relax, work out some stubborn kinks and a reminder to do yoga more. Adriene is the best!
I have taken a lot of yoga classes, but Adriene's teaching was unlike any yoga class I have taken. I was very stressed And tense at the start of the class, and by the end both my mind and body were much more relaxed. I think I needed the slower pace and instructions to do what my body needed instead of just doing the pose.
