Easy to Follow
I followed along to this workout while I was on a conference call, so it was muted and it was still easy to follow along.

This was fun! Playing the air guitar felt a little cheesy, but it was all fun. Don’t take yourself to seriously, sweat, and groove!

Very accessible dance work out
Loved the variety of dance moves and energy. There were sometimes freestyle moves which made me laugh. I really want a Samsung Fitbit now!

I'm sweating buckets!
I'm trying to ease back into working out after just straight up being lazy for the last six months. This went by so fast and that's important when you don't want to do it to begin with. I feel like it was only 5 minutes and I am drenched in sweat. Good stuff if you're trying to trick yourself like I was :]

Simple & easy to follow
I loved doing this workout and it was great to have DeJa's mom in the video. I'm inspired and encouraged to do the workhout with my mom to get her body moving.

It surprised me
I honestly didn’t think I would sweat because I’m used to faster paced cardio. But the sweat creeped up on me. It was fun and the instructor was amazing and very encouraging. I added this workout to my favorites.

fun & easy to follow
Great instructor, she was easy to follow, gave great instructions before and during. There wasnt a lot of pauses for teaching like some workouts so you were always moving at least a little bit. Was pretty easy but still felt like a workout (I followed the advance person). Fun moves. I will add this into my mix.
