I'm trying to ease back into working out after just straight up being lazy for the last six months. This went by so fast and that's important when you don't want to do it to begin with. I feel like it was only 5 minutes and I am drenched in sweat. Good stuff if you're trying to trick yourself like I was :]
I honestly didn’t think I would sweat because I’m used to faster paced cardio.
But the sweat creeped up on me. It was fun and the instructor was amazing and very encouraging.
I added this workout to my favorites.
Great instructor, she was easy to follow, gave great instructions before and during. There wasnt a lot of pauses for teaching like some workouts so you were always moving at least a little bit. Was pretty easy but still felt like a workout (I followed the advance person). Fun moves. I will add this into my mix.
