Amazing!
Oh my gosh I love that! I am a Cardio junky but just a workout junky. I know most people do their cardio in the morning but I do it at night because that is when I feel it the most. I love when you can do a workout then go to bed it is the best feeling. I do my steps in the morning and my big riding in the morning and end with some sort of Carido wether it is zumber or this! It is so amazing!

Good warm up!
I ofetr use it as warm up before other Popsugar training, it's quick anf effective, perfect!

This is a good one!
I HATE cardio but I need to be more active, especially now. This, combined with a 10 minute arm workout video on here, was perfect this morning - I'm definitely feeling it!! I really enjoyed the modifications and the instructor, they helped make cardio not suck as much!
