This 30-minute workout is full of low-impact exercises but the pace keeps the workout intense. If you have a resistance band and a resistance loop, you can them to increase the intensity of the strength training moves.
Lots of quick changes between exercises but whole body is covered in 30 minutes. Great cardio without jumping. Keep the foam rolling going for longer and it would be perfect!
Did this today, really good. It’s low impact but you get a good workout. Not keen on the cool down with the roller but that’s just a personal thing. I’ll do this a again a couple of times a week.
My go to workout for days when I want an all round 30 minute workout. Gets the heart rate up in a short amount of time. The low impact is great for the knees.

I live in an apartment so the low intensity workouts are great so I can avoid issues with my neighbors. Will be doing this again for sure!
At the gym, I always opt for the jumping jacks, burpees, squat jumps and split knee jump options but at home, I like to choose low impact workouts. This one gets your heart rate up and gets a real sweat going, without the thumping. Love the resistant band and foam roller in this.
