Great workout with moves that will make you sweat! I liked the Tabata aspect of it, but I wished the instructor would’ve stuck more to the 20sec/10sec intervals. Overall, it was a fun workout that is perfect when you want something different!
Such a good cardio workout. It doesn't even feel like your doing cardio. Felt so good to break a sweat. Tabata is such a good way of getting in a workout.
Didn't expect to sweat so much but I did and it felt so good. You can always level up or down your pace or move depending on your stamina and endurance. I'll probably do this again.

This is such a fun workout with a killer playlist, but it absolutely does make you sweat. The modifications make it low impact for someone like me with a runner's ankle, yet the moves are still extremely effective.

I never did a dance workout before, I am a crossfit& weights girl. Unfortunately I had to interrupt my workouts for almost 1 year. Now I am starting again and I am looooooooooooooove this workout. I feeling amazing and I can't wait to do it again. The girls are amazing. Respect!
My daughter and I are using this during the coronavirus outbreak since we are stuck in the house... I can't go to the gym, and she can't run around with her friends. This workout is AMAZING. The moves are so fun and the instructor is awesome. Highly, highly recommend!!! I am going to look for more videos by her.
I loved the workout. I just started this week and my theme was dance workouts. My goal is to do one 30 minute workout a day and burn at least 500 calories. This workout did not disappoint!! I will start a challenge on Sunday. Keep the good dance workouts.
