Could be a few minutes longer... I'm probably a beginner in yoga and am mostly just doing it for the stretch & to help with flexibility & joint pain. I don't do it for the mediation part so I enjoyed how this instructor taught the moves so well & explained! Would love more yoga w/her!
I really enjoyed this workout, the flow was great. I just wish it was a little longer! I felt like I was just getting the hang of the flow when we switched to abs.
