Juliet is fabulous
Wonderful and quick Pilates workout. Juliet is a fantastic trainer. If you enjoy this workout, also try her pre-holiday Pilates workout for more great exercises.

Great Quick Pilates Ab Workout!
First off, I love Juliet's intro saying how she's a celebrity trainer who's helped sculpt Pink's awesome abs! That alone made me psyched to try this workout! I'm a seasoned Pilates person and found Juliet's workout to be both challenging and fun. She packed a good punch to my abs and and obliques in a short period of time. They definitely felt it! And I love her energy and mellow demeanor too. In fact, I've tried a few Popsugar workouts and have really liked all the trainers' great energy and encouraging ways! This is an awesome workout platform. I can't wait to keep trying out more workouts on here.
