These Anna Renderer exercises are always a 5⭐️ for me😁👍🏻. She explains each workout, and which muscles are being worked on. I started with popsugar in end of February 2019 with buying the video Flat Abs in 30 Days. I didn’t expect to get flat abs, and I didn’t, but I did definitely get muscles! And I continue to gain muscles! Love it!! The Popsuger gang must read my mind, as I needed something more intense, and they provided the Jake DuPree 21-day Full Body Transformation. Another great and difficult workout plan...haven’t reached to my goals but I’m slowly working on it!😁 Presently I am going through chemo treatments and the Anna Renderer workouts work best for me, as she always shows a less advanced version. I just find with these workouts from Popsugar, one is continuously gaining muscles, if one continues to keep up with their exercises😊 Thank you to the Popsugar team!
