good workout - pleasantly surprised
I normally don't like boxing workouts. This was a nice mix of boxing and cardio. I do try boxing because I think it is a great mind/body workout.

Day 9 of challenge! It was awesome. The instructor had us moving and sweating from start to finish. :)

Loved Deja and this work out! Lots of different sections to keep it interesting. Great for getting your blood pumping but won't totally destroy you.

Low Key Cardio
At first the workout didn't feel as intense but by the end I was sweating and definitely got my heart rate up!

Such a great workout!!!
Currently doing the 2-week body shred and this is my favorite workout so far. This workout will kick your butt, however, the instructor makes it fun and enjoyable!
