Good start
For beginners this is good but I would've enjoyed it if you titled this 30 day course for beginners instead of leaving it with none.

Great pick me up before work in the morning
This is a beginner workout but can easily be elevated by picking up dumbbells! There is never a good enough stretch at the end though. Most people do not go on to do their own stretches so please make a standalone stretching video or add more stretching at the end. I'm going to stretch.
