All of the popsugar workouts are great. There is simply no excuse for anyone to be out of shape. Some days I do a bunch of 10 minute workouts and other days I do 30 minutes. I see my fitness level increase month after month. I have not plateaued yet.
I know you are in California and it's a very vapid culture but I wish you would focus more on the health benefits of exercise rather than how the booty looks after these exercises. Strong bodies are healthy bodies and when you realize that you really don't care how you look because your body is functioning as it should and it feels great.
Love how you blended 3 different videos for this workout. I do that myself all the time.
