These are the exercises I don't do enough of , but my body clearly needed. I worked up a really good burn and sweat from this workout and it was a good pace!
Including the pre and post. Love your style and technique and the positive mantras(?). Btw I wasnβt able to do the superwoman or the jump jack planks the first couple times, now I can!
I've never boxed before, but found this workout very accessible, because the instructor was so skilled. She knew just how to cue things in order to help us know which areas we were supposed to feel working, where our weight should be on our feet, how to do each punch, etc. It was really fun, and a great workout. A couple little things that would have helped me as a beginner: give an example or two of how to do each punch verrry slowly; make sure that the "modification gal" was actually doing modifications for every move. Thanks for a great workout!
This was great, I actually broke a sweat, and the combos were awesome. If I had more time to workout each day, I'd do what she recommends - add this workout to your cardio or whatever your maim workout was for the day.
