Great Workout
Day 7 Challenge. Love Anna and the other instructors. Anna explains the moves and the modifications are always helpful. This workout got my heart rate high, the sweat was dripping, and my muscles are tired! I enjoyed the building of the circuits.

Builds up a crazy burn!
Adding this one to my favorites! Anna builds from each circuit so by the end you are almost going to collapse...every muscle group gets a solid burn! Love Anna's energy and instruction, as always.

Strength and Toning Exercise!
The repeating moves for every circuit, harder each circuit is a good concept. On my own and with good music (according to taste) and this is a winner. The instructor knows her stuff!

Great workout but.....
This workout was great but it was very boring. Doing the same moves over and over and over again. More variety please next time.

I am breathless. Great circuit. Who on earth doesn't stretch? They must be bundle of tightness and tension. It makes no sense to workout and not stretch.
