Relaxing and Informative
This is just what my body needed after all those workouts and a long week at work. I definitely didn't realize how tight my hips were and how much relief I could get from the foam roller!

Exactly what I needed!
I have been exercising with Pop Sugar for almost 5 weeks straight today I was feeling a little tired and I didn’t want to do nothing so I thought this would be useful. I didn’t sweat like I have been but my body is already thanking me. I will incorporate at least twice a month!

This is amazing. I didn't realize how much I needed this. I will be saving this one for the future for sure. A week into the 21-day challenge my body is more sore than I expected. I feel like I'm properly ready to start on the second week after this!
