Awesome Workout!!
It’s high intensity, but not so difficult that you keel over ten minutes into it. It mixes all parts of the body really well, and each has their individual section of the workout. All in all, this makes you sweat and feel loose, and the endorphins rush in immediately.

Awesome workout!
When I read the description I was skeptical if I’d be able to make it through the workout (cardio is not my strong suit) But I proved myself wrong and did the workout just fine! Jake makes it light hearted and fun while still pushing you to try. Loved this one!

Jake is THE BEST. He is such an energetic instructor. I love that the moves are easy to follow but the pace makes them SO DIFFICULT. The tiny movements/pulses are such a killer but worth it. Is it crazy that I am only on Day 7 but I know I will see ACTUAL results by day 21. This is a REALLY awesome plan. Thanks Popsugar & Jake!
