Low impact maximum sweat
Quite a challenging workout despite being low impact. It won't disappoint! Get your heart rate up and your whole body sore

Loved This!
I usually have to modify when there's a lot of jumping involved as my knees are sensitive, but not with this workout. Don't think "low impact" means ineffective - I was sweating and my heart rate was up the whole time!
