I’ve done this stretch routine many a time, but now it’s been a few months since last and I have to say that tricep side bend stretch feels less uncomfortable. Just the right side would hurt a bit, most probably because my right breast was removed in 2017. I still kept up with my exercises, and greatness has happened, I’ve gained muscles and strength and now no pain on that right side! Woohoo!

Love to stretch
I love this video it’s a great on of the day stretch workout. We need more stretch workouts for knees and backs though
