This kicked my butt goood. I'm not a huge fan of this instructor. I had a crappy attitude throughout the workout but I'm glad I pushed through. The moves in this are really effective I'm sure. Not looking forward to doing this againnn

I dread having to do this again
at the end of the program. I did not like the cardio portion but liked the strength part of it. This kicked me in the pants. The instructor is not my fav. I would have have liked it more had Anna lead

Love it
I really like this workout because it has cardio and Pilates together that way you won’t just be doing Pilates your doing cardio too.
