I understand that this should be a fun workout compared to the other ones (?), but I found it pretty slow and not good for my muscles. Most of the time we are just stepping side to side, which is not my cup of tea
Day 6 of Shred Challenge. Not my favorite type of workout but the instructor did a good job. I understand the challenge is adding in other types of workouts but I needed more moves rather than step side to side for most of the video. Heart rate finally got a little higher later in the video.
I was really disappointed in this video. The instructions are not very clear and she sometimes calls the moves like the slide a punch making it confusing. Also compared to the other videos it was just a let down in terms of exercise. The moves might get your heart rate up but its not really working any muscles. I can just jump around the house and get the same results.
Felt like this was a pretty good workout when you don't have the motivation for something super intense but still want to sweat and get your heart rate up a bit. Only improvement would be to make the background music louder during the dance portions so you're able to follow the beat better. Or at least at the end when she stops giving instructions.
