loved the moves, i went extra hard to get that sweat!

Good workout!
Felt like this was a pretty good workout when you don't have the motivation for something super intense but still want to sweat and get your heart rate up a bit. Only improvement would be to make the background music louder during the dance portions so you're able to follow the beat better. Or at least at the end when she stops giving instructions.

Nice simple dance cardio
This is a great beginner workout. I love Allie, she seems so genuinely sweet. And I love her silly names for moves like "look at me, look away".

She teaches well. Good and slow. I tried, but canโ€™t finish. My knees are hurting and will continue to hurt. Thought I could, but canโ€™t ๐Ÿ˜• Body ainโ€™t so young
