Great Calorie Burner
I burned 225 calories after only 30 minutes! I love the intervals, gives me a chance to quickly catch my breath before we jump back in at 100%.

One of the best
This tabata session with Raneir is one of my all-time favorites. The cardio session are absolutely brutal in the best way, but he has you move on to strength right when you can't handle it anymore. Raneir is also one of the most fun instructors on here--he cracks me up every time !
