This calorie-torching cardio and sculpting workout is one of this hardest workouts for this program but Tabata instructor Raneir Pollard's amazing energy will inspire you to fight for it. Tabata is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. You don't need any equipment for the workout, but do grab a towel and a bottle of water — you're going to need both. Then press play and get ready to sweat, tone, and burn!

I️ loved this workout! Just enough high intensity with breaks so you know you're working but can also catch your breath! The instructor makes it fun! Definitely going to do this one again!

Great for beginners
I thought this workout was not only effective but surprisingly went by fast. The instructor was very entertaining and motivating. Definitely going to be sore tomorrow (:

Tabata King!
I love this no equipment workout! Its fun , challenging and effective !!! I don't ever review but I had to for this one ! Great instructor too! Which definitely helps.

Hard but effective!
Loved the teacher but the class was hard! Definitely felt like I got my workout in, in a short amount of time! :)

wow, amazing
that was a hard workout but it's paced really well so I didn't take that many breaks. Invigorating. I'd like to see this guy again.
