Not too bad
This really wasn't too bad a workout, I've had a rough day not feeling well so was dreading this workout because I thought it would be super tough and exhausting. But it was actually really nicely paced, love Anna's energy and the way she keeps you motivated and could feel all my muscles being activated.

Intense
Love all of these, however I must say they don't have enough modifications for potential shoulder injuries, not just with this but it is universal throughout their videos
So intense
I have never seen Anna huff and puff like that. It made me feel a lot better that I wasn't the only one. Amazing workout, I felt like I worked especially hard at the end of this one.
