Always Impressive
I started doing Jakes workouts during Covid. I am SO Shredded, (like a REAL Ballerina), just by following his workouts. He is so upbeat, sweet and gets you glittery glowy every single time. Just an absolute pleasure to destroy myself on the regular. I compete maybe 2-3 times /week. Just an absolute burner every time. Thank you Jake for being an awesome instructor with awesome workouts and for being you and showing up.

Amazing as always

Great workout
Silly me had just done another 30 min leg workout and thought I'd round it out to a solid 60 mins with Jake's day 5 for legs. Oh boy I was glad when I'd finished! I knew I'd be sore tomorrow unless I used my foam roller on my glutes and hamstrings as part of my cool always helps heaps. Thanks for a great workout Jake! ☺

Such a burn! This was a great class that had me dripping sweat. I did most of the exercises using the modifications and still felt the burn. Loved the ballet stretches in the middle. Jake always does great with variety. He also keeps it so positive. Loved it!

Seriously I am not kidding... Jake Dupree comes out with a sweet smile and cute call outs and than during the work out you face with his inner boot camp trainer... It is insane!!! You can't even take a moment to bitch about it, because he starts to a new move, with his cute smile. My mom and i do the exercises together, and this set is painful and WE LOVE IT, but don't try if you are not ready for a challenge.

Legs went loco!!! It engaged the most secret muscles in my legs, but I did miss some pressure on the abs muscles. But I can take an abs 10-min training, which is guaranteed to make me suffer some more. And Jake, we don't hate you, we love you forever! <3
