Anglais : Actually Im in love with all of them!! I always start with a dancing class and finish it with a 10 minutes. No need to force yourself to do it, its so fun and keep you moving all the time...Its part of my routine now! Francais : wow, !!!! Je commence toujours par un entrainement de danse puis je termine avec ce 10 minutes chaque jours!! gotta get back in shape
Im doing this type of challenge for the first time to get some movement in quarantine and its really helping because Ive gotten lot weaker very fast since last year where I still did ballet :/ Thanks!!

Great workout!
Such a great quick workout to get your heart rate up. I completed it after doing a milder glute workout and I feel really accomplished once completing this after!

good fast sweat session
Really good to pair with other more gentle workouts. This is short (in terms of time) and medium intensity so no excuses. You can do it before you leave the house in the morning.

Love the workouts. Hate the last minute screen freezes.
Every time I do one of these 30 Day Core workouts, the last minute or more freezes up. I never get to see the cool down/stretches. ☹️
