Has anyone here heard about blank ATM card? An ATM card that allows you to withdraw cash from any Atm machine in the world. No name required, no address required and no bank account required. OK did a nice job of stretching and cooling down
I did this video after another one and it was a nice way to stretch and cool down. I didn't need the meditation part at the end so fast forwarded thorough that.

What a great routine for when you're feeling stiff, sore and/or stressed. The combination of Koya's voice and the music got a little ASMR - I actually got the tingles. I'll be adding this to my routine for sure.

Oh wow...thank you, Koya!! What a beautiful woman you are and beautiful spirit you have!! Thank you so much for this session. It really was restorative for me! It's so difficult to give myself permission to take time for a session like this bc I'm so self-pressured to spend my exercise time "crushing the HIIT!! feeling the burn!! keeping my heart rate on high!!" I need to remind myself that "nice and easy" is equally important (maybe more so?!) as the "hard and heavy." ...I wish everyone could do this session with you today especially!

Good Workout and Mindfulness Connection
Doing this exercise after several days of intense workouts really helped me to relax my body and let go of some tension and soreness. The meditation part of the segment, while initially hard for me to get into, was a good way to reset and feel at peace, especially with the current way of the world.
