New favorite stretch video
I'm stiff as a board, especially after workouts, so this video was perfect for me. Hit all my problem areas (shoulders, hips, calves, glutes) and left me feeling restored! Will definitely be adding this into my weekly rotation.

Nice stretch
I wish the instructor had provided some alternative movements for people who do not have that foam roller available. Otherwise, it was a nice stretch.

Good basic stretch
This is a great video for people who aren't very flexible or who have limited mobility. If you have a dance or gymnastics background then you won't get much out of it.
