This one sneaks up on you!
The first half of this session felt pretty doable and not too tough...then the second part with cardio and leg work started and I was almost dying. Really good full body workout. One star taken off because there isn't much of a warmup or cooldown.

I don't think I'll be doing any standing tomorrow
Didn't have any equipment but I managed to do everything okay with a couple of water bottles.

Cardio and toning
I really had fun doing this and got a good workout. Unfortunately I don't have any dumbells so I had to use soup cans which obviously are not heavy enough but they'll do in a pinch. Still sweating afterwards.
