I regularly do this challenge at the end of my workouts but I decided to start with it today and did not do a full warm-up before and almost injured myself with those intense burpees. Don't forget to do a FULL warm-up before any of these videos, even when they are only ten minutes they can get pretty intense. Loved the video either way, got my sweat going strong!!!!
10 minutes doesn't seem that long when you're just watching it but when you're actually doing it, it is so much harder! I have sweat pouring down my head!
It is possible to get a good workout in only 10 minutes!
This workout kicked my butt. I did regular burpees at the end instead of one-handed because I feel like when I do one-handed I'm too focused on not falling and the workout ends up not being as effective.
