too much workout only focus on single side
she only does one side for very long time ,which put so much pressure on my wrists and knees, I do HIIT often and this is the first one makes my knee hurts, not too effective

Creative and challenging!
Loved this workout! Kit's moves were creative and some I had never done before, which really challenged my muscles and my mind. The intensity was really high and I was out of breath almost immediately. Definitely want to revisit many times so I can try to really perfect those moves without collapsing...!

Too much talking
This is the first workout i didn't like. She talks too much , and stops doing the exercise to show us what NOT TOO DO and that is too confusing! I couldn't follow properly !

Loved this workout!
This workout was amazing! The instructor kept mixing it up with new moves and just enough repetition. My legs were burning and I got a great full body workout.

Every time I think I'm in great shape...
Every time I think I"m in great shape, something like this gets thrown at me. I'm dying, chest is burning. Oh my. I took 45 min for this workout because I needed too many water breaks. Still, I'm dying.
