Holy Moly

Too much talking
This is the first workout i didn't like. She talks too much , and stops doing the exercise to show us what NOT TOO DO and that is too confusing! I couldn't follow properly !

Oh my word, this one was so demanding. But I loved every second of it. Some parts were quite coordination-challenging for me so I definitely need to come back to it.

Mindfull moves and still good cardio

Loved this workout!
This workout was amazing! The instructor kept mixing it up with new moves and just enough repetition. My legs were burning and I got a great full body workout.

Every time I think I'm in great shape...
Every time I think I"m in great shape, something like this gets thrown at me. I'm dying, chest is burning. Oh my. I took 45 min for this workout because I needed too many water breaks. Still, I'm dying.
