I have loved Pop Sugar workouts since Pre-Baby days with Anna!! I NEVER thought I'd go days let alone months without working out :( It's been a rough 1.5! year. Last week I uncovered the 21-day Total Body Challenge. So Thankful!! I have My oldest son's wedding in 32 days !!.... So These Arms.. Good slow build-up on these workouts. Really wakes ya up. I have struggled with sciatica for many years, so, for me it's important not to go straight into really intense workouts because I tend to get flare ups. It's wonderful to be able to get the body ready to go full throttle. Great job ladies!!!

Loved the pacing and challenge of this session! Anna's instruction is always fantastic and encouraging, and the moves are great. I took one star off because this really feels more like an upper-body and back routine--not a lot of targeted abs or booty work.

Awesome workout with so many variations!
What I love about POPSUGAR workouts is that they can easily be customized, even for every circuit! Even though they show you Advanced and Modified moods, there are always different adjustments you can do - so it is really more like 5-7 different version you can do for any move! I also love that Anna uses motivational talk to get us through each circuit, instead of the dreaded constant countdown. A countdown from 3-2-1 is always helpful, but that's not what these workouts are about! Thanks POPSUGAR!

Again...this doesn't have a lot of cardio or fast past workout like I am use to but boy did I sweat. My arms were on fire! I used 5 and 8 lbs dumbbells.

Love this workout program!
This is my third time with this 21 day challenge and I absolutely love it. I have a 2 1/2-year-old boy and a chronic pain on my right side lower back since I was pregnant. I’ve done yoga for years and started doing Pilates but it wasn’t enough. This Colo 21 day challenge is absolutely awesome with all of the different days for the entire body !

Definitely a little more focused on upper body strength, but it does work the whole body, and I love all the moves. This will definitely improve your strength over time. Loved it.

Full body strength
This work out is very heavy on the arms and shoulders, and I didn’t feel like my legs worked that hard. I definitely had to modify some of the upper body moves, but did the advanced moves for lower body and abs. Overall my arms feel stronger!
