Breathing hard and sweating
Great but familiar combinations from kickboxing, which I love. I love how much fun they're having too - it's great to smile a little when you're muscles are being worked and tiring out.

Fun, Intense, and a Perfect Challenge
I've really been enjoying Christa's workouts. I enjoy the focus required to do exercises my body isn't as familiar with. I'm glad I started with some hip mobility drills before I started this, so I'd recommend adding a warm-up & stretch before starting the video as well as a cool down and stretch.

Hardest Boxing and Bubbles workout by far
Damn, this one caught me off guard! Normally I can get through Christa's workout's without stopping, but not this one. This is serious cardio and lower-body work. Getting all the moves right is definitely a mental challenge and a little frustrating...I'm certain that if I did this one regularly it would an even better session because my body would know what the heck was happening.

Practice makes progress
Definitely requires focus when you are not on your dominant stance (I am southpaw). Had to pause a few times to reset but since this goes for time instead of reps I didn't feel too "rushed" and was able to micro correct my moves.

Nice choreography but plz stretch before!
It was a nice choreography, though I would have liked to have background music to give me the tempo, as she is constantly changing. I spent more time trying to follow than focusing on my moves. Also next time I will stretch before. This time I had to stop half-way to do stretches as the kicks are a bit challenging, especially if you're trying to do them high (and you've been in lockdown for a month).
