By now, you know that Jake DuPree loves planks, but just in case you're over them, he put together a no-plank workout that will challenge your abs with exercises that incorporate light weights. You'll be on the mat the entire time, but Jake has so many moves in his arsenal, you'll be surprised how quickly the time flies. Jake will make you laugh throughout the workout, but trust us, the results are no joke!

Tough but really good
Makes you sweat, as always maybe a little too fast, but it really works your core.

This workout is challenging. However, I used medium weights and wish some of the reps were slower. I eventually put down the medium weights and used 5 lbs.

Intense Core Building
This was really a hard workout but helps to build core strength. It targets abs, backs, and even arms. Jake always delivers a tough and effective workout

What a burn!
This was definitely a killer for your abs! I would suggest doing a light warm-up before starting this one because Jake gets right into the moves, but highly recommend!

Loved the burn!
This was hard. I got a good arm and abs burn. The abs exercises with weights require a lot of core control. This workout is definitely aimed at increasing core strength.

Intense & effective!
It's great to have a break from planks & burpees, but, make no mistake, this is an intense workout that targets not only the core (abs & back), but arms as well. Love/hate Jake's way of counting! :-)
